Black pepper solves the disorder of the sense of smell
Black pepper is one of the most popular spices because it gives food a specific taste and smell. Earlier, people believed that black pepper “separates phlegm from the lungs, warms the digestive organs, improves appetite, relieves acid belching, thins thick blood, expels gases from the intestines, and helps melancholics and phlegmatics.
Even the most distinguished Persian philosopher and physician and versatile genius Avicenna used black pepper against disorders of the sense of smell.

  1. Black pepper is mixed with honey in a ratio of 1:1 – this medicine is used against angina, bronchitis, coughing with expectoration of mucus, retention but also the absence of the monthly cycle. It is used as a diuretic against swelling and heart disease.
  2. Black pepper is also used as an expectorant, against fever and as a carminative (against flatulence and gas in the body).
  3. Crbi pepper is considered one of the best stimulators of poor digestion. It is recommended against kidney stones and solves hair loss.
  4. Oil to black pepper was made once upon a time. People thought that the oil had the same properties as pepper but without that sharpness.
  5. Up to 4.5 grams of black pepper or up to 3 drops of oil can be used daily.
  6. Black pepper has antibacterial activity. It acts as an antioxidant (prolongs life, fights stress and diseases).
  7. Black pepper has an antitumor effect, especially against breast, prostate, colon and cervical cancer. It works well against diabetes and as a hepatoprotector. Hypolipidemic activity is also present (reduced level of cholesterol, triglycerides and low-density lipoproteins in the blood).
  8. It has anti-inflammatory and anticonvulsant effects and acts as a neuroprotector.
  9. Piperine is the main biologically active compound in black pepper. There are also other effective substances (piperic acid, piperlonguminine, pellitorin, piperolein B, piperamide) that also show high activity.
  10. The aroma of black pepper is an excellent remedy against symptoms of depression (listlessness, despondency, depression and apathy). Place a small handful of black pepper on a hot stovetop (or burning gas burner).
