Do not squeeze immature pimples, but wait for them to mature (and you will achieve this by frequently applying warm compresses). Rub each pimple with alcohol before and after squeezing. Hands must be clean because touching acne on the face with unclean hands can cause infections. Then use a mixture of equal parts of ether and alcohol. Dip a gauze pad in this solution and tap it on your face and neck. Then apply face cream.
  2. Keep the cream on your face for about 5 minutes. Then put on a face mask (once a week is enough). An excellent mask is made from egg white. Beat the snow of one egg white with a few drops of lemon juice. Keep the mask on for 20 minutes, then wash your face with a warm mixture of water and a little borax.

  7. Fatiguing activities, sedentary work, irregular breathing also affect the appearance of imperfections on the face. A person should make an effort to live as orderly as possible and set aside some time for sports activities and movement.

  9. Nutrition is important – spicy dishes and excessively salty dishes, heavy dishes, dried meat products, game, over-ripe cheeses should be reduced or eliminated from the diet.
