Two kilograms of sugar a day is a lethal norm for a person
The famous words of Paracelsus (Swiss physicist, alchemist and philosopher from the era of the German Renaissance) were “All things are poisonous and nothing is without poison, it is only the dose that makes something non-poisonous”. This means that with great exaggeration, even safe foods can have a latent effect on humans.

  1. 2 liters of water is the minimum for a person, while 6 liters of water is a fatal mistake – people who drink 6 liters of water a day prevent their own kidneys from working normally (to remove excess fluid from the body). Swelling of internal organs, brain edema and death are the consequences of any excessive drinking of water.
  2. 15 grams of coffee is a lethal dose – a dose of 15 grams of coffee is approximately 50 to 90 cups of coffee (it depends on the size of the cup, the strength of the drink and the person’s state of health). The risk of complications and a fatal outcome is greater if the person already has heart disease (that is, the cardiovascular system). Coffee mixed with an energy drink and a carbonated drink is even more fatal because even a healthy heart cannot withstand such a combination. Tremor, vomiting, tachycardia and hypoglycemia are symptoms of coffee poisoning.
  3. 10 kilograms of chocolate is a lethal dose – chocolates contain a large amount of theobromine (a substance that is a strong stimulant of the central nervous system). A person risks chocolate poisoning if he eats too much chocolate. The first symptoms of poisoning are nausea and diarrhea, followed by epileptic seizures, internal bleeding, myocardial infarction and fatal outcome. The lethal dose is 10 kilograms of chocolate.
  4. Apple seeds contain cyanide (one of the strongest poisons known) – for example, if a person eats (chews well and swallows) 18 apples without seeds, then there will be no fatal consequences. But if a person eats 18 apples with seeds then the consequences will be fatal due to the cyanide contained in the apple seeds.
  5. 1.5 to 4 grams of salt is the daily dose – however, excessive use of salt can have fatal consequences. Only 6 spoons of salt (including the salt contained in the dishes) is enough for a person to die in terrible agony.
  6. Doctors say: 2 kilograms of sugar is enough for a person to experience a fatal outcome – although it doesn’t sound like much, most of the food that a person consumes contains large amounts of sugar. That’s why caution and food in moderation are always a man’s best friend.

  1. who is going to eat four pounds of sugar, no one can do that it would take a week or more, nice try, 2 kg sounds so low but it is not. they need to stop demonizing sugar, if you get your sugar in real food then it is okay, a little added wont hurt you unless your allergic or malnorished aka diebetic.

  2. Yes, apple seeds contain cyanide in the form of amygdalin. However, you don’t have to worry about potential fatality as the amount of cyanide present in an apple that renders the consumption of an apple fatal is minimal
