
10 types of teas that reduce the chances of a stroke
Many well-known herbal teas and herbal mixtures have a preventive effect against stroke, thus contributing to the prevention of stroke. Natural solutions (teas) are one of the ways to reduce the chances of a stroke.
- Valerian – about 10 grams of finely chopped valerian root is used. It is boiled for 15 minutes in water. Drink 100 ml three times a day after meals.
- Beetroot – a mixture of freshly squeezed beetroot juice with honey (in a ratio of 1:1) is also a useful preventive measure against stroke. Drink 2 tablespoons of juice a day.
- Turmeric – pour boiled water over one spoonful of the spice. Add honey and leave for half an hour. Take one tablespoon of the mixture several times a day.
- Lemon balm – pour 2 tablespoons of dried lemon balm with a cup of boiled water. Leave for 3 hours. Take 2 spoons twice a day.
- Hawthorn – pour 2 tablespoons of dried hawthorn fruits with a cup of water and cook for ten minutes. Take one spoon three times a day.
- Pine cones – young shoots of the pine tree contain pycnogenol (this ingredient cleans the bloodstream of cholesterol deposits and strengthens blood circulation). during July collect 10 to 12 young pine cones. Pour over 1 liter of brandy and leave for 3 weeks. Take one tablespoon of tripa tincture daily. The tincture is taken with a little water or tea. It is also useful against gastritis. The procedure lasts 1 and a half to 2 months.
- Garlic – mix 3 to 4 parts of garlic with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Pour over a cup of boiled water. Keep for several hours in a dark place. Take one tablespoon of the mixture three times a day.
- Bay leaf – cover 30 g of bay leaf with a cup of quality oil. Leave for 2 to 3 months. Then cook the oil on low heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour one tablespoon of oil over a slice of rye bread and eat it in small bites during the day. Do not repeat the procedure more than twice a week.
- Sage – pour one tablespoon of dried sage with a cup of boiled water. Drink 2 sips several times a day.
- Peony – make powder from dried peony (Paeonia anomala). Pour two spoonfuls over a cup of boiled water and drink one spoonful of chilled tea.
