Plum contributes to improving proper nutrition because it has a natural composition that is the most biologically acceptable forms that the human body accepts. The usefulness of plums is really great.
The laxative effect of plum has a great advantage, especially for the elderly population (due to lower mobility, insufficient physical activity and diet). Fresh and dried plum has always been used as a laxative in folk medicine.

  1. For better and normal functioning of the intestinal system, soak plums and figs in water overnight. This is a light meal and is especially suitable in the evening.
