Breakfast should be simple and different every day

Breakfast should be simple and different every day
They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it should not be the same, but simple but different every day. It should be prepared from healthy foods, adapted to the state of health, work efforts and age of each person.
Breakfast is a very important meal that should not be skipped if a person is in a hurry or does not feel hungry. The concept of breakfast is always a topic with different opinions. There is also a list of recommended foods that includes brown or whole grain bread, oatmeal, banana, seasonal fruit, berries, yogurt and eggs.
Most people think that they should avoid “empty breakfast” because it is unhealthy and quite useless. An example of an unhealthy breakfast is white flour bread with margarine, fatty pastries, chips, pizza, industrial snacks and the like.
Breakfast should give people energy and speed up metabolism
Breakfast is a healthy habit that children should also slowly adopt. It is best to eat breakfast slowly and in your own home, not hurriedly and casually.
5 examples of a healthy and simple breakfast

  1. Oatmeal – contains beta glucan, omega-3 fatty acids, folic acid, potassium and plant fibers. Use a sweetener (for example a little honey) and add berries or dried fruit. Porridge can be enriched with nuts (walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts). Flax, sesame or sunflower seeds can be added to improve the taste. You can just mix the porridge with yogurt or cook it until it softens.
  2. Banana- contains a lot of starch that gives a feeling of satiety. It contains natural sugars (sucrose, fructose and glucose), protein tryptophan (which stimulates the release of serotonin), vitamin B6, iron, potassium and fiber. You can cut a banana into rings and add it to oatmeal or add it cut lengthwise to a slice of wholemeal bread spread with peanut butter (or a similar spread of hazelnuts and almonds).
  3. Integral sandwich – between 2 thin slices of integral bread, place a sheet of low-fat cheese, a leaf of lettuce, a few slices of tomato and a sliced boiled egg. A sandwich prepared in this way will give the body the necessary nutrients and energy for several hours. That’s why this type of sandwich is also good “to wear”.
  4. Tea and coffee – herbal teas with honey and lemon juice are an excellent choice for a morning drink. Coffee without sugar is a useful drink that is best drunk after the morning meal.
  5. Egg – an egg is a healthy source of protein and vitamin D. Seasonal vegetables can be added (tomatoes, lettuce). A strong and healthy meal is an egg in combination with mushrooms and wholemeal bread. This dish gives a lot of energy.
