Edible and medicinal chanterelle mushrooms grow from May to late autumn
If you have a forest, mountain or similar environment nearby, then the beginning of May is the ideal period for harvesting edible and medicinal mushrooms. For example, the chanterelle mushroom type grows from the beginning of May to late autumn.
This species has anti-inflammatory, immunostimulating, bactericidal, anthelmintic and antitumor effects.
Contributes to the removal of radionuclides from the body, slows down the growth of tuberculosis bacilli. Foxgloves are useful against eye problems and impaired vision in general (including the so-called night blindness or reduced ability to see during twilight or in low light).
Traditional medicine uses chanterelles in the fight against stomach/intestinal worms, and chitinmannose and beta glucan (contained in mushrooms) are effective against various types of helminths (they destroy adults and their eggs). These mushrooms are useful in the treatment of diseases of the liver and pancreas, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, furunculosis, purulent injuries and abscesses.
During heat treatment and under the influence of salt, the beneficial properties of these mushrooms are lost. Medicinal raw materials are used only in fresh form or dried mushrooms. They are also useful for the preparation of alcoholic tinctures, medicinal powders and oil extracts.

Jestive i ljekovite gljive „lisičarke“ rastu od maja do kasne jeseni
Ukoliko u blizini imate šumu, planinu ili slično okruženje onda je početak maja idealan period za berbu jestivih i ljekovitih gljiva. Vrsta gljive „lisičarke“ naprimjer rastu od početka maja do kasne jeseni.
Ova vrsta ima antiinflamatorna dejstva, imunostimulativna, baktericidna, antihelmintičko i antitumorsko dejstvo.
Doprinosi uklanjanju radionuklida iz tijela, usporavaju rast bacila tuberkuloze. Lisičarke su korisne protiv problema sa očima i općenito oštećenim vidom (uključujući i takozvano noćno sljepilo ili smanjenje sposobnosti gledanja tokom sumraka ili pri slabijem osvjetljenju).
Tradicionalna medicina koristi lisičarke u borbi protiv glista u stomaku/crijevima, a hitinmanoza i beta glukan (sadržani u gljivama) su efikasni protiv raznih vrsta helminta (uništavaju odrasle jedinke i njihova jaja). Ove gljive su korisne u liječenju bolesti jetre i pankreasa, tonzilitisa, faringitisa, furunkuloze, gnojnih ozljeda i apscesa.
Tokom toplotne obrade i pod dejstvom soli se gube korisna svojstva ovih gljiva. Ljekovite sirovine se koriste samo u svježem obliku ili osušene gljive. Korisne su također za pripremu alkoholnih tinktura, ljekovitog praha i uljanih ekstrakata.
