
10 natural solutions against spring sinusitis, allergies and colds
There are many natural solutions against blocked sinuses accompanied by a feeling of pain and pressure in the ear and neck, increased secretion from the nose, loss of smell, toothache, watery eyes, headache with increased temperature, fatigue and weakness (which are a common symptom of a cold), spring allergies (when is a decrease in the patency of the airways), deviations in the nose or inflammatory conditions of the teeth (upper and lower jaws).
- Propolis is an excellent natural antibiotic. Rinse the nostrils due to sinusitis with an aqueous solution of propolis 2 to 3 times a day.
- Black cumin – take one tablespoon of black cumin oil three times a day.
- Mallow – pour one spoonful of marshmallow root with a cup of water. Leave for 6 to 8 hours. Strain and rinse your nose several times a day.
