10 natural solutions against spring sinusitis, allergies and colds
There are many natural solutions against blocked sinuses accompanied by a feeling of pain and pressure in the ear and neck, increased secretion from the nose, loss of smell, toothache, watery eyes, headache with increased temperature, fatigue and weakness (which are a common symptom of a cold), spring allergies (when is a decrease in the patency of the airways), deviations in the nose or inflammatory conditions of the teeth (upper and lower jaws).

  1. Propolis is an excellent natural antibiotic. Rinse the nostrils due to sinusitis with an aqueous solution of propolis 2 to 3 times a day.
  2. Black cumin – take one tablespoon of black cumin oil three times a day.
  3. Mallow – pour one spoonful of marshmallow root with a cup of water. Leave for 6 to 8 hours. Strain and rinse your nose several times a day.
  4. Basil – pour one tablespoon of dried basil, sage, midsummer flowers, yarrow grass and sea salt into a liter and a half of water. Heat until boiling, then remove the pot from the heat. Cover your head with a towel and inhale the vapors from the pot. Do the procedure for 10 minutes twice a day.
  5. Sea salt and sage – mix half a kilogram of sea salt and 5 tablespoons of finely chopped dried basil, chamomile, thyme, sage and rosemary. Dissolve two tablespoons of the mixture in a liter of boiled water. Add 5 to 6 drops of eucalyptus essential oil. Place the towel over your head and inhale for 15 minutes. After the procedure, wrap your head in a warm towel and go to rest. Repeat several evenings or as needed.
  6. Kitchen salt – pour half a kilogram of kitchen salt into the pan. Heat while stirring with a wooden spoon until the salt is completely hot. Transfer the baked salt to a double cotton cloth or sock. First cover your face with a towel, thin gauze or cloth. Then slowly put the cloth with the salt on it. Wipe your forehead and cheeks with a warm cloth. Then wrap your head in a warm towel. The treatment is recommended in the evening before going to bed.
  7. Dandelion, chicory and licorice tea – mix equal parts of chicory root, dandelion and licorice. Pour half a liter of boiling water over one spoonful of the mixture. Drink 2 cups of tea a day before meals.
  8. Homemade drops for stuffy nose – puree 10 pieces of garlic. Pour into a glass jar or glass bottle. Pour over a deciliter of distilled water or boiled water. Leave overnight. Mix and strain in the morning. Pour 3 to 4 drops into each nostril. Repeat several times a day.
  9. Dissolve a spoonful of sea salt in 2 dcl of distilled water or boiled water. Pour 3 to 4 drops into each nostril. Repeat several times a day.
  10. Home-made gargle – mix equal parts of the herb ranjanek, sage and blackberry. Pour one tablespoon of the mixture with 5 dcl of water. Gargle with gargling. Nettles can also be added as a gargle.
