- Sesame oil – obtained by cold pressing from sesame seeds. Sesame oil is light yellow in color. It is considered one of the most stable oils. It is rich in vitamins (especially vitamin E), minerals, lecithin, linoleic and oleic acid. Sesamol gives sesame oil a very high stability. Light sesame oil is best used in salads, and dark sesame oil is good for various Asian dishes because it has a stronger and distinctive taste. Sesame oil is resistant to high temperatures, so it is the perfect choice for baking and frying. It is used in Oriental and Asian cuisine (for baking and frying and for Wok dishes, salads, desserts, cooking and stewing). Sesame oil does not need any artificial preservatives because it is protected from spoilage by natural preservatives (sasamol and sasamolin). Sesame oil is often used for massage because it can treat any type of skin and all skin conditions (especially sensitive skin prone to inflammatory conditions, psoriasis and eczema). It has the unique property of extracting impurities from the pores, so it is especially recommended for the skin care of smokers and in anti-cellulite preparations. It is useful in treating varicose veins. Sesame oil is a natural UV filter (reflects about 25% of the sun’s rays and thus protects the skin from the harmful effects of the sun).
- Corn oil – unrefined oil (Oleum Maydis) is obtained by hydraulically pressing corn germs. It contains linoleic acid, saturated fatty acids, phytosterol, phytohormones, vitamin E. Corn oil is a good source of essential fatty acids (60% is linoleic acid and 1% is alpha linolenic acid). Corn oil plays a significant role in the physiological and therapeutic nutrition of people. It is used as an excellent edible food. Corn germ oil is the most valuable dietary oil. This oil is used to produce high-quality solid foods (eg margarine) with additional processes and in combination with other vegetable fats.
- Sunflower oil – sunflower is one of the most important sources of oil in the world. Sunflower oil is one of the healthiest vegetable oils in the world. High-quality, naturally refined edible sunflower oil is cholesterol-free and rich in vitamin E and unsaturated fatty acids (which have a positive effect on health and give the oil an exceptional biological value and a special place in a modern and healthy diet). There is a lot of lecithin (up to 1%) but also beta carotene (only in cold-pressed sunflower oil). This oil is a great source of linoleic acid but has low levels of alpha linolenic acid. It has a neutral taste and smell. It is intended for multifaceted use (it is used in the preparation of salads, sauces, soups, pasta, tartar sauce, mayonnaise and the like). The oil is only suitable for short frying of fish and meat. Namely, cold-pressed sunflower oil is not suitable for heating, so it should only be used to season already prepared dishes. Sunflower oil is produced by cold or hot pressing of sunflower seeds. It has a golden-yellow color with the typical nutty aroma of crushed sunflower seeds. With cold-pressed sunflower oil, the unpeeled seeds are also pressed (so the oil can be cloudy, which does not spoil the aroma and quality, but on the contrary gives the oil an even more nutty aroma). Sunflower oil has a fine and light structure, so it is suitable for the cosmetic industry. It leaves the skin smooth and non-greasy. Sunflower oil contains vitamins A, B and E and plenty of unsaturated fatty acids. That is why it is very effective in solving arteriosclerosis. It has a protective effect on the skin. It is useful against bruises, ulcers and skin diseases. Sunflower oil has diuretic properties. It acts as an expectorant. The ingredient inulin (from sunflower oil) is used to treat asthma.

But a little bit of sesame oil combined with other oil enhances the taste of Food Amela. I myself have tried this.
