3 prescriptions due to shaking hands, head and legs, difficulty speaking, walking and writing
Shaking of the head, hands and legs (so-called tremor), difficulty speaking, walking and writing, specific posture, increased secretion of saliva (but also amnesia and dementia in severe cases) – all these are symptoms of Parkinson’s disease. Unfortunately, it is still not possible to completely cure Parkinson’s disease. But alleviating the condition and slowing down the development of the disease is realistic and achievable. Herbalists and herbalists always give good, useful and effective advice to ease the condition of Parkinson’s disease and slow down the further development of the disease.

  1. Medicinal baths have a warming and relaxing effect, effectively remove muscle spasms and reduce tremors (shaking of the head, arms and legs). Baths can be prepared in domestic conditions and according to the wishes of the individual. Useful herbs are: thyme, St. John’s wort, chamomile flowers, lavender (with grass) and linden. Pour 200 grams of dried raw material with 4 to 5 liters of hot water. Strain after 2 hours. Pour the resulting mixture into a bathtub with water at a temperature of 38 degrees Celsius. Take a bath for 15 to 20 minutes a day. Therapy involves 5 to 7 baths. This auxiliary treatment with plants can be repeated after a month.
  2. Sage drink. Pour two tablespoons of chopped dry sage leaves with 2 cups of hot water. Cover the cup with a towel or cloth. Strain twice. The daily dose is half a cup, which should be drunk all at once, or take one spoon 3 to 4 times a day. Sage baths according to the recipe described above are also useful.
  3. Medicinal decoction that is drunk – in parallel with baths, a decoction can be made that enhances the effect of medicinal treatment and reduces the unwanted effects of drugs. Medicinal decoction also improves the work of the nervous system and muscle activity. Mix equal amounts of chopped medicinal herbs: licorice root, dandelion, valerian, thistle and tanner (Latin Rumex confertus); walnut and birch leaf, yarrow, motherwort, sedge (Latin Melilotus officinalis), verbena (Latin Verbena), alfalfa (Latin Medicago), watercress (Latin Lythrum salicaria); hawthorn flowers, red clover, mulberry (Latin Verbascum) and oat fruit. It is not necessary to use all the listed components, but try not to have less than 10 plants. That is, some mixture contains at least 10 of the plants described above.
