4 quick solutions against oily hair
- One of the ways to determine oily hair is as follows: 3 to 4 days after washing your hair, drag it by pressing hard with your index finger on the hair. With the tip of your finger, immediately press a sheet of thin paper (fleece paper) – a trace of grease on the paper is the most convincing evidence.
- Brush long hair but without exaggeration if you know you have oily hair. In this case, the “rule of 100 strokes with a brush” per day will cause more damage to already oily hair. Make do with carefully combing your hair and only occasional brushing (because brushing stimulates the work of the glands, which then increase the secretion of oil).
- Wash the comb and hairbrush every day after use, as this is the only way to avoid the appearance of grease on clean hair.
- Add one tablespoon of baking soda to the shampoo. This will greatly reduce the appearance of dandruff. In addition, when using the shampoo, proceed as follows: part the still dry hair with a comb, strand by strand at a distance of 2 to 3 cm. Moisten the brush in shampoo and thus coat each strand of hair separately. Then put the rest of the shampoo on the hair and rub the shampoo. Only then moisten your hair with water and wash your hair. Repeat the procedure consecutively 2 times.
