
Coffee, beef, fruits and vegetables to refresh hands, face and neck
1.Mandarin mask – take 3 or 4 mandarins. Scoop out the seeds. Put the tangerines in a blender. Add one spoonful of yogurt and one spoonful of honey. Mix all the ingredients. Keep the mask on your face and neck for 20 minutes. Use the mask once a week if you have normal or dry skin and twice a week if you have oily skin.
2.Mask with melon – chop 2 cups of the fleshy part of the melon. Add one glass of almond (or sesame) oil. Put on fire. Cook until the mixture thickens a little. 4.A compress made of grated Japanese radish (daikon) mixed with yogurt and flour – successfully removes freckles and spots from the skin.
5.Preparations with melon extract make the skin soft and the hair soft and shiny. Melon can be found in the formulas of shampoos and hair preparations. A cocktail of melon and kiwi essential oils is part of the spray for healthy and shiny hair. Depilation wax with peach and melon extracts is a particularly popular cosmetic product. There are also melon bath salts that give the water the smell and color of this fruit.
6.Coffee grounds for well-groomed hands – rub wet hands with coffee grounds. Wash your hands. The skin will be softer and more tender.
7.Coffee grounds remove the unpleasant smell of onions from your hands – rub your hands again with coffee grounds. The unpleasant smell of black or garlic will evaporate.
8. Unboiled milk for facial freshness – add a little leek juice. Mix with a few drops of unboiled milk. Rub your face with this mixture every morning.

A mixture of scallions and lemon is effective if the face burns too much in the sun.
10. Italian beauticians recommend a vitamin face mask – finely chop 100 grams of beef, then mix 10 grams of almond oil and one beaten egg white. Apply this mass to your face in an even layer (except for the area around the eyes). Rinse with water after one hour.
11.Face mask with apples and pears – cut 3 apples and 3 pears into thin slices. Add 4 tablespoons of boiled milk and 3 tablespoons of honey. Cook for half an hour on low heat. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Put the prepared mass on your face in the morning and in the evening. Rinse with plain water (or rose water) after half an hour. The mask is suitable for all skin types (dry, oily, combination, sensitive).
12. Avocado is a great beauty ally
